The ML Tech due diligence team will work with you to answer any questions you have as well as conduct further analysis on your strategy and track record. If your strategy fits ML Tech’s investment objectives and risk parameters, we will welcome you to ML Tech platform and provide you with access to investor capital, lower fees and optimized exchange connectivity to leading exchanges. Once your strategy is approved to join ML Tech, you can start trading on provided accounts by simply changing your API endpoints from the exchange to ML Tech. No other programming changes in your exchange integrations are needed to connect to ML Tech.

The ML Tech due diligence team will complete an extensive analysis and review of trading strategies before making them available to Institutional Investors. This review does not include reviewing strategy code - the strategy code and all the IP will remain with the strategy creators. ML Tech’s due diligence will focus on returns, risk controls, gross and net exposures, length of live track record and strategy performance in different market regimes, and so on.
